Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or renewing a membership with The FARM Training Center, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Access

  • The FARM Training Center is a private facility and is not open to the public.
  • Access is limited to active, paid members and their approved guests (if applicable).
  • Membership privileges are non-transferable.

Auto-Renewal

  • All memberships are set to automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle using the payment method on file.
  • By signing up, you authorize recurring charges unless you cancel prior to your renewal date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time.
  • Cancellations must be completed prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
  • Once a renewal has been processed, the membership is considered active for that term.

Refund Policy

  • Due to non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs, we do not offer refunds on memberships after renewal.
  • In rare or exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial refund, less an administrative fee to cover associated costs.

Member Responsibility

  • Members are responsible for maintaining current payment information and managing their membership status.
  • Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not qualify for a refund.

Compliance with Range Rules

Changes to Terms

  • The FARM Training Center reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of any updates.
