Terms & Conditions - FARM Training Center

By purchasing or renewing a membership with The FARM Training Center, you agree to the following terms:

The FARM Training Center is a private facility and is not open to the public.
Access is limited to active, paid members and their approved guests (if applicable).
Membership privileges are non-transferable.

All memberships are set to automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle using the payment method on file.
By signing up, you authorize recurring charges unless you cancel prior to your renewal date.

Members may cancel their membership at any time.
Cancellations must be completed prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
Once a renewal has been processed, the membership is considered active for that term.

Due to non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs, we do not offer refunds on memberships after renewal.
In rare or exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial refund, less an administrative fee to cover associated costs.

Members are responsible for maintaining current payment information and managing their membership status.
Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not qualify for a refund.

All members and their guests are required to know, understand, and follow all published range rules at all times.
Range rules are posted on-site and/or available on our website and may be updated periodically.
It is the member’s responsibility to stay informed of current rules and any changes.
Failure to follow range rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.
FARM Training Center reserves the right to remove any individual from the property at any time for unsafe behavior or rule violations.

The FARM Training Center reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of any updates.
