SUMMARY:PPS - CQB WITH LEAD FAUCET TACTICAL
DESCRIPTION:Lead Faucet Tactical (LFT) Close Quarters Battle Course is a Basic to Intermediate course focusing on the fundamentals of CQB\, Speed\, Surprise and Violence of Action. Course focuses on building blocks of CQB specifically the actions of a 4-5-man Assault cell and how they clear multiple rooms as well as the administrative knowledge on safely executing Instructor CQB training. \nPerformance Objectives:\nShooters will be able to reiterate verbally specific knowledge pertaining to the class when asked. The shooter will be able to successfully demonstrate the duties and responsibilities of an Assault cell as well as the individual duties for the 1\,2\,3\, and 4 men. \nMethod of Instruction:\nLFT uses the crawl\, walk\, run methodology with all weapon techniques and tactics\, fundamentals and drills covered will be thoroughly explained and demonstrated prior to shooter application. Pro-timer and Shooter relay races will be used to provide the competition spirit and self induced stress replication. \nFundamentals Covered during CQB Course:\nDuties and responsibilities of the assault cell\, duties and responsibilities of the 1\,2\,3\, and 4 men\, actions upon entry for the 1 man\, room clearing techniques for multiple rooms\, opposing threats\, breaching techniques if applicable\, hallway procedures\, intersection procedures\, foyer procedures\, stairwell procedures\, priority of work inside a room\, contingencies in a CQB environment\, shooting and moving and how it applies to CQB. \nInstructor BIO\nHaving spent over a quarter century in the US Army\, the majority in Special Operations\, Dan Brokos is the one guy you want on your team when all goes wrong. Not only a physical presence at 6’3” and 270lbs\, Dan has the resume to back it up. A retired SGM\, Dan spent considerable time in the US Army Special Forces community\, to include CIF (Commander’s In-Extremis Force – focused on direct action counter-terrorism missions). Additionally\, Dan was the NCO in charge of the notorious Range 37 complex in Fort Bragg\, NC. A mecca of sorts for almost every student of US Army SOF. Currently\, Dan owns and operates Lead Faucet Tactical\, a company dedicated to both training and tactical product innovation.
